TOP CGMA MASTERS BREAK 4 SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL RECORDS.
CONGRATULATIONS !
At the recent South African Masters Athletics Champs, many records tumbled, but 4 of the most impressive ones were broken by Central Gauteng Masters Athletes.
Winnie de Winnaar (51) broke the 100m record (50-54), held by Gail van Niekerk for 19 years with a fantastic time of 13.16 (the 2nd time in 3 weeks). She has been one of our countries top masters sprinters for 15 years in the 100, 200 and 400m

Linda has been ranked under the Top 10 javelin throwers in South Africa for the past few years. Last year she was ranked 19th in the world for 30-34 year olds.

Wilhelm Pauer (50) - Javelin throw
Wilhelm improved on his own record with a massive 67.15m. He improved the record 3 times within a month ! We can expect him to still improve on his record multiple times. Wilhelm was an excellent javelin thrower in his heyday !
